Information Collected and Information Shared
So Morocco Ltd will only use your personal information for administration purposes and for communicating with you about your Morocco Tour. Only the Directors will be able to access your personal details. We will only collect information from you that we require in order to provide you with the holiday that best matches your request and to administer it in a safe and responsible manner. Pre-booking this will be limited to the information you have voluntarily submitted, usually name and email address only. After booking we will request further information and this will include full names, e-mail addresses, home addresses, telephone numbers, date of birth, any health or dietary issues and emergency contact details. Where we use forms to collect sensitive data, we use Google Forms and the submitted data is stored only in Google Forms / Google Drive, password protected and only accessible by the directors. With the exception of sharing your name and dietary requirements with your chosen hotels, we do not share this information with third parties.
Email correspondence by So Morocco
So Morocco occasionally e-mails previous customers (including those who enquired but did not book) with information about news and developments. Recipients of all such correspondence are given explicit options to not receive such e-mails in future by unsubscribing and can choose to opt out at any time.
If you would prefer not to receive these emailed newsletters, then please follow the opt-out on the newsletter or email the Directors at firstname.lastname@example.org who will update your contact preferences accordingly.
