Hassan is from the historic town of Rissani. 700 years ago, Rissani was the desert capital, Sijilmassa, the strategic centre for the gold and slave trade for caravans crossing the Sahel. There is no-one better to show you around the authentic Rissani souk, the most famous and largest souk in the south.
Hassan is very responsible and a real problem solver. He has been driving Morocco Tours for over 12 years and knows everything there is to know about Morocco, which along with his photographic memory, has earned him the nick-name of Google Hassan.
Hmad, our charismatic local manager was born in the dunes to a nomadic family, and has been involved in desert tourism since it began.
As well as being a qualified guide and driver, Hmad is a highly experienced tour manager and he manages the tour logistics with professionalism and skill.
Extremely well educated, artistic and musical, he will entertain you with camp fire stories and “Azur,” the brand of desert blues his band plays so well.
Hsini is part of a big family from the village of Ramlia in the far south-east of Morocco close to the Algerian border. Ramlia is a traditional Moroccan village which still today is without water and electricity.

Always smiling, and a skilful driver, Hsini is great for those “Off Road” adventures if you want to get away from mainstream tourism to see the Real Morocco.
